The Holy Redeemer website is a year old. Ahh!

Here’s a few facts that may interest (or bore) you.  Approximately 3000 different people have visited the site over 4700 times from 61 different countries over the past year.  This includes people from United Arab Emirates, Costa Rica, Burundi, Bangladesh, Burma, Brazil and Japan.

Our most popular post this year was ‘Starting a Flu Friends Network’ and the most downloaded talk was on ‘God’s Plan and Purpose for Sex and Marriage’. 86 talks were downloaded in total.

Over £860.00 has been donated to the church through our secure on-line giving facility and £16.50 has been raised by people using the Everyclick search engine.

Of the 152 sites that referred people to our website, after Google the Oxford Diocese referred the most people to our site with mention of our Flu Friends Scheme.

Predictably, ‘Holy Redeemer’ was one of the main keywords that people used in search engines to find us. But after that, ‘Churches in Streatham’ was top, followed by ‘Hall hire’ and ‘Paul and Jesus Divide’ - which refers to our talk by Dr David Wenham looking at whether Paul changed the message of Jesus.

Developments to the website site this year include its W3C validation (meaning that its HTML code is grammatically correct); it is Safe Surf rated (which shows that it is free of inappropriate or adult content); and it is now possible to surf the website via your mobile phone - give it a try and tell us if it works!

In summary, the website is not doing badly for a baby.
