Beliefs
Christianity is about Jesus Christ’s love for you. The Bible says that he died for you. Why? Because this was the only way to connect us with God. Jesus explained that we are cut off from God because of our wrongdoing against him. God is just and cannot ignore this, but he also loves us. So he sent his son, Jesus, to die in our place so that we can be forgiven and enjoy life with him forever. Read more here.
We connect with Jesus through hearing his words. Jesus’ claims may seem unreal, but we can get to know and trust him through the testimonies in the Bible. The Bible was originally written in Hebrew and Greek. Jesus Christ transforms life forever. We all have things in our lives that we would like to change but can’t. Jesus has the power to change us, which he demonstrated by coming back to life after he had died . He offers us not an easy life, but the best life now and a perfect life after death. Our lives have been transformed by Jesus, which is why we want others to know him.
